Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at  Cityboy Articles. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing and Production Time

All orders are processed and produced by our print partner (Printify) upon purchase. 

• Production Time: Most items are produced within 2–5 business days.

• Please note: Production times do not include weekends or holidays. 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand or carrier issues.

3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Our carriers may have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cityboy Articles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT). 

5. Damages and Returns

 Cityboy Articles. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received an order with a manufacturing error or defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement.
