Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Cityboy Articles. Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we have a specialized return policy to ensure the best service.

1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or is the wrong item, we offer a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Timeframe: You must report the issue within 30 days of product delivery.
  • How to report: Please email hello@cityboyarticles.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the damage or the error.
  • Action: Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.

2. Sizing and Color Issues
Since every item is printed only once it is ordered, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
  • To ensure a perfect fit, please refer to the Size Chart provided on each product page before placing your order.

3. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to the manufacturer because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or if it remains unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot offer refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

4. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly. If the package is lost in transit (tracking has not updated for 14+ days), please contact us at hello@cityboyarticles.com and we will investigate it for you.

5. Cancellations
Orders are sent to production almost immediately. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has moved into the "In Production" phase, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
